Since You're Going To use Your Voice Anyway
Leaders, managers, employees and teams talk all day long. Dialogue is a necessary component of workplace dynamics. However, most conversations revolve around vocal transactions about task assignment and completion. These types of exchanges most often reduce conversational effectiveness and stifle forward momentum.
In Since You're Going to Use Your Voice Anyway, Dr. Fleming will show how you can tap into the extraordinary power of words through ordinary conversations already occurring, and consequently shape the direction of your leadership and organization.
Dr. Dave Fleming is an author, speaker, consultant, coach and mentor. As a thought leader in the areas of organizational evolution and personal excellence, he partners with groups and individuals to translate business strategy into programs that enhance corporate culture and empower employees to increase customer satisfaction, drive innovative initiatives and enhance effectiveness.
Fleming has a Masters Degree in Counseling/Education and a Doctorate of Management in Organizational Leadership. He is a published author currently working on his next book which will focus on the topic of Eye-Hand Coordination as it relates to effectively seeing and doing as a leader. He also is the author of a monthly e-newsletter, leading thoughts, and the host of the monthly leading thoughts tele-seminars, where he improvises on themes critical to a leader's success. Additionally, he is the Leadership Coach for Greater Tucson Leadership, an organization whose mission is to inspire, develop and promote leadership in Tucson. Fleming also teaches undergraduate and graduate businesses courses for the University of Phoenix.
Fleming has the rare ability to present to, work with and coach leaders across the domains of business and non-profit by using a portal of creative conversation and collaboration. His clients learn and grow through the influence of his genuine insight and ability to craft unique solutions to challenges.
